Centrally located in Oliver, we are BC Tourism Accommodation Approved, offering Free ADSL / WIFI Internet access in all rooms. We also offer a computer station to use in the office along with a great book exchange. Comprised of 12 Deluxe Rooms our attractive motel is perfect for weddings, baseball teams, curlers, skiers and golfers.

Newly renovated, complete with new soundproof windows, all of our motel rooms offer Air Conditioning and are Non-Smoking. After a great day of exploring the region, join friends at our “New” green space Gazebo & BBQ area complete with tables and chairs.

Located on Highway 97 on across from the Oliver Mall, we are the closest Motel to Oliver’s restaurants and shops including the grocery & liquor stores.

Guests can purchase ice, pop and beautifully handcrafted gift wine bags in our lobby.

Rooms 1- 6:

Located on the bottom floor, Deluxe Rooms 1- 6 offer full kitchenettes with fridge (complete with chilled wine glasses), two burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, cutlery, dishes and cookware. Complimentary coffee/tea and condiments are supplied. One Queen size bed, plus a Sofa Bed, radio alarm clock, color cable TV (over 50 channels) with several movie channels, and tastefully appointed furnishings. Large bathrooms. These rooms sleep two adults and two children comfortably. Please be sure to enquire about availability on the lower floor rooms if you are unable to manage the stairs to the upper level.

Rooms 7- 12:

Located on the second floor, Deluxe Rooms 7 - 12 offer two queen sized beds, alarm clock radio, color cable TV (over 50 channels) with movie channels, microwave, fridge ( with chilled wine glasses), and coffee pot complete with complimentary coffee/tea and condiments. Tastefully appointed furnishings adorn each room and sleep four adults or two adults and two children comfortably. Large bathrooms.

When in season we also offer "POOL" access at our sister property The Maple Leaf Motel & RV Park located just 3 minutes away.
